Members of the Board of Directors in DNV Imatis have a role in setting the culture and values of the company by their actions or inactions as to matters of performance, ethics, integrity, legal compliance, transparency and responsiveness.
Our goal is to operate in a manner that creates real value for our shareholders and makes DNV Imatis a good place to work and do business for our associates and other constituents. Our corporate governance structure is a working system for principled goal setting, effective decision making, and appropriate monitoring of compliance and performance.
Responsibilities
The Board of directors is responsible for the overall management of DNV Imatis and for supervising the company’s activities in general. The Board is responsible for establishing control systems and for ensuring that DNV Imatis operates in compliance with laws and regulations, with DNV Imatis’ corporate values and code of conduct.
