1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

PERSONAL DATA

We collect personal data including, name, title, mobile number and e-mail addresses, occasionally other information related to your DNV Imatis profile or account.

Optional, you can sign into DNV Imatis through a single sign-on integration or otherwise sign in through a third-party site or service. Connected data may be transmitted to your DNV Imatis account, and the respective third-party account information transmitted to our services are covered by this privacy policy.

USAGE DATA
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the service.

We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, which part of the application you use, crash logs, the type of mobile internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Collected usage data is used for reporting, troubleshoot issues, updates and to enhance the service.

DEVICE DATA
The device used to access the service will periodically send device status to DNV Imatis’ backend server to inform that the device is available and as a push message fallback mechanism.

MESSAGE DATA
When you send or receive messages using our Services, we may temporarily process and store your messages, log, and other related information to provide these services to you. After its destruction, message data is permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved by DNV Imatis. Exception for clients who pay separately for us to archive their data. Additionally, certain enterprise organizations can opt to have all message data archived on their own servers.

COOKIES
A cookie is a small data file stored in your computer, tablet or smartphone. A cookie is not a program that can contain harmful malware or virus. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our service and store certain information. Tracking technologies are used to collect and track information to improve and analyze our service.

The length of time a cookie is stored on your device and browsers varies. The lifetime is calculated according to your last visit. When a cookie expires, it is automatically deleted.
