St. Olavs hospital
St. Olavs hospital uses the DNV Imatis solution as a common platform for alarms, alerts and messaging.
For St. Olavs hospital, it includes more than 5 million conversations, alarms and illness notifications annually across 3500 telephones.
The messaging server is a tightly integral part of the hospital’s work processes. It integrates with everything from patient alerts, telephony, directory services, pneumatic tube systems, AGVs and nurse calls. Further emergency alerts, safety alarms and duress alerts to technical and engineering systems.
The information flow ensures that key messaging and critical alarms are sent to the correct destination, at the right time, securely and regardless of location. Updating to the new DNV Imatis mobile portal, clearly provides new advantages.
Easier communication saves time within and across departments. When you have all the available information at your fingertips, you no longer waste time searching for the relevant resources or people, and your stress level is reduced considerably. The mobility gained also increases productivity and enhances quality of care.
St. Olavs hospital was our very first customer in 2003. Since then, the hospital has accompanied us on our journey in developing user participation, and is currently the first of our customers to upgrade to the latest version of the Mobile Portal.
